Last updated: [DATE]

Welcome to Vakya. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vakya (“Vakya”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your use of the Vakya mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

Vakya is currently operated by an individual based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vakya is an English-learning and exam-preparation application designed to help users build English confidence, including preparation for study-abroad English assessments. The Service may include lessons, practice exercises, diagnostic tools, and related features, which we may add to, change, or remove over time.

The Service is currently under active development, and features may change as we continue to build and improve it.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may view and edit your profile information, and you may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Free trial

When you first sign in, you may receive a free trial period that gives you access to certain features of the Service. The current trial length and what it includes are described within the app and may change over time.

We may send you a reminder email before your trial ends. After the trial period, access to certain features may become limited unless you choose to continue with a paid plan, where and when such plans become available. We may modify, pause, or end trial offers at our discretion.

5. Payments and subscriptions

The Vakya app does not currently process payments or sell subscriptions within the app.
